2. About ManyTek Global

ManyTek Global is a cybersecurity workforce development organization operating the infrastructure layer between cybersecurity education and employment. We provide training programs, cyber range environments, and employer placement pathways.

3. Services Description

Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Academy Programs: 10-week operational readiness training
  • Accelerator: Fast-track SOC deployment pathway
  • Cyber Range: Live Microsoft E5 SOC environment access
  • Partnership Programs: University, government, and employer partnerships
  • Workforce Placement: Verified pathways to employment

4. Eligibility and Registration

To participate in our programs:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Certain programs may have additional prerequisites (technical background, certifications, etc.)
  • We reserve the right to deny admission based on capacity or qualification requirements

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, training materials, and software, is the property of ManyTek Global or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Training materials provided to enrolled students are for personal educational use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed.

6. Code of Conduct

When using our Cyber Range, training environments, or participating in programs, you agree to:

  • Use resources only for legitimate educational and authorized testing purposes
  • Not attempt to access systems or data outside your authorized scope
  • Not engage in any illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities
  • Respect instructors, staff, and fellow participants
  • Protect confidential information encountered during training exercises

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access and legal action where appropriate.

7. Fees and Payment

Certain programs and services require payment. By enrolling, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as specified at registration
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Accept that fees may be non-refundable after certain milestones (specified per program)

Scholarship and sponsored placements are available and governed by separate agreements.

ManyTek Global training prepares students for cybersecurity roles, but we do not guarantee:

  • Employment or specific salary outcomes
  • Certification exam passage (though we prepare you thoroughly)
  • Specific job placements with partner employers
